    9.11.10

The second pic is of a mural called, "America's Heart", built in memory of 9/11 by someone who had first made it as a painting. He decided to make it into a mural under the condition that he would not be credited as the painter. Instead, he wanted the line - "The human spirit is not measured by the size of the act, but by the size of the heart". It is located at the WTC site.

    Now connect the pics.

    Sparky is spot on again.
    Yakov Smirnoff is the connect.
He is the creator of the Russian Reversal joke and also ordered the construction of the mural.

      yakov smirnoff
      transpositional pun
"The joke form has become a staple of Smirnoff's humor, and is widely referenced in television parodies and online communities, especially in the form of double entendres. One of the best-known examples of this comes from an episode of Family Guy, wherein the GPS unit on the family's car has a number of language settings, including the "Yakov Smirnoff" mode that gives directions such as "In Soviet Russia, car drives you!" The widespread reference to the jokes has led some linguists to consider the phrases to be snowclones."
